Common Questions
Twelve Questions We Answer Before a Project Starts
Scope, process, AI readiness and post-launch support, in the order they usually come up.
Do you build only websites, or also back-office systems?
Both. Beyond the website itself we build mobile applications, IoT data integration, membership systems, operational back offices, reporting, API connections, workflow management and ongoing maintenance.
Can you take over and extend an existing system?
Yes. Many projects start with improving an existing website, strengthening the back office or cleaning up data flows, then extend into the wider system once the foundation is stable.
Is a complete requirements document required before we start?
Not necessarily, but priority order, user roles and the core process need to be clear first. Without them, schedule and scope tend to drift during delivery.
Does every business need an AI agent?
No. Where documentation is thin, processes are undefined or there is no usable FAQ material, we recommend building that foundation first and starting the AI work afterwards.
Can an AI agent be planned together with a website or app?
Yes, and it is usually the better sequence. Website, app, IoT, back office and AI planned as one system keeps data consistent and avoids rebuilding integrations later.
Do you support private deployment?
Yes. Where internal documents, customer records or stricter data control requirements are involved, we scope a private or dedicated deployment.
Can you work across overseas time zones?
Yes. Fixed collaboration windows, written documentation and milestone-based acceptance are used together so the time difference does not turn into information gaps.
What role do case studies, service areas and this FAQ page play?
Case studies show how comparable projects were delivered, service areas group the work by need, and this page resolves the questions that usually block a first decision.
Can the site be extended with more services later?
Yes. The content structure already supports additional service pages, case studies and FAQ modules, so the site can grow without a rebuild.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes, covering content updates, performance tuning, feature expansion, fault diagnosis and search optimisation work that follows the launch.
What if we only have a concept and no technical plan yet?
Start with requirement structuring and priority planning. Once the core scope is agreed, the first release and later extensions are scheduled in sequence.
Do you work on long-term engagements?
Yes. Long-term engagements suit businesses that need continuous content work, search positioning, system upgrades and ongoing AI refinement.
